Lynn Rinaldi

General Manager

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Rinaldi is widely recognized as a trailblazing chef in the community and a driving force behind East Passyunk Avenue’s vibrant restaurant scene.

From November 2004 to June 2019, Lynn served as the Executive Chef and Owner of Italian fine-dining restaurant Paradiso, where she oversaw and helped execute all aspects of constructing, designing, owning, staffing and managing the restaurant.

Also during this time, from October 2008 to May 2019, Lynn served as Executive Chef and Owner of South Philadelphia’s award-winning sushi restaurant Izumi. In 2009, Philadelphia Magazine named Izumi the city’s best new sushi restaurant in their Best of Philly Issue.

Outside of operating her own businesses, Lynn has been very active in the Philadelphia community having served from 2004 to 2014 on the Board of the EPBID, and working with Farm to City, EPX Crossing and the Passyunk Square Civic Association. In 2023, Lynn formed the Artha foundation a non-profit group that provides scholarships to inner city youth impacted by gun violence.
